Design Engineering
AUTOLEK has a very modern design and testing centre equipped with design/ drafting software like CREO and Autocad, predictive analysis software like ANSYS amongst others. This enables the company to significantly cut down the development time and cost. Our high-end products that live upto International standards are what they are because of our strong engineering and Government of India approved R&D infrastructure One of our forte is the ability to perform in-house comprehensive analysis, through research, and develop new technologies through a dedicated and highly motivated team of engineers and researchers.
For problem solving and continuous improvements, AUTOLEK uses design of experiments (DOE) and various other statistical techniques. The overall quality level has improved from 2,000 PPM to 200 PPM and AIL is now working towards achieving single digit PPM.
